AgeCare SkyPointe II - Grand Opening 2023
Collaborated closely with Alberta Health Services to plan and execute the grand opening event for the newly constructed dedicated mental health facility in 2023. This event served as a crucial platform to showcase AgeCare SkyPointe II, with cutting-edge healthcare services. Attended by key government stakeholders such as the Minister of Health for the Government of Alberta and the Director of Adult & Geriatric Mental Health for Alberta Health Services, as well as local media.
I designed and prepared the invitation and set up an online RSVP form to manage the guest list. I also prepared branded event signage, created a slideshow presentation, collaborated with event rental vendor for tables, chairs and accessories, assisted with venue preparation and provided the event photography. My effforts contributed to successfully bringing awareness and reinforcing its importance to the local community by highlighting the facility's innovative approach to mental health care as stated in the various local media stories listed below.

Cochrane & Area Humane Society - Annual Wags & Whiskers Gala (2019 - 2021)
The Wags & Whiskers Gala fundraiser raises critical funds for daily operations and the internal vet hospital. It is the biggest fundraiser event held by the shelter.
As part of the event committee, I collaborated with a dynamic team to brainstorm event themes, decor, and agendas. Through my established relationships in the community, I diligently reached out to local organizations, successfully securing numerous contributions for the silent auction.
Additionally, I crafted branded signage and actively participated in venue preparation and decor setup. I also providing free photography services and lended a hand wherever necessary.
