Upon joining the Cochrane & Area Humane Society (CAHS), I implemented online fundraising strategies via our social media platforms and fostered relationships with community members and organizations resulting in monetary and in kind donations for the organization.

Online Fundraising Campaign for Slider
Slider, a young puppy born with congenital bone malformations, required custom orthopedic braces for her front legs that cost $1500. CAHS had started seeing substantial growth in followers since implementing my social media strategy, so I decided to create an online fundraising campaign via Facebook, something CAHS had never done before. Within a span of 5 days, I surpassed the $1500 goal and raised $2000 for Slider! This provided her access to the necessary braces for optimal mobility and comfort and resulted in her adoption, so she now enjoys a fulfilling and pain-free life.
